Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund with no penalty Cancellations made 2-4 days before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the booking price Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before the scheduled appointment will not be refunded No-shows/Doors that remain unanswered for 30 minutes will be charged full price
